We source worldwide from small businesses
Please bear in mind that we source our items for small shops all around the world. Each shop may have it’s own shipping and return policy. In case the return policy of the shop overrules our return policy, we will make this clear in the product description on our website.
Please make sure to inform us immediately if your product is incorrect or damaged. Generally you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Together with your message, please attach a photo of the product which is damaged or incorrect.
In order for your return to be refunded, your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Our products are shipped from around the world, therefore shipping times may vary. We know it is hard to be patient, so we aim to get your purchase to you within 2 weeks! We also try to provide free shipping, however this is not always possible, so shipping costs vary from one product to another.
Should you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
